Own motor development
Our philosophy „Everything from a single source „ also contributes to the worldwide success of Jäger High Performance Spindles. This specifically includes the development and production of our own motor elements. Small design and high performance are characteristic of the motors of our spindle systems.
The power of the motors is determined and documented on our in-house motor test benches. The performance diagrams shown in our catalogue always indicate "S1" operation, i.e. the proven performance of the spindle is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We also provide "S6-60%" and "S2-pmax 5 sec." operation.
The frequency converters required for the spindle drive is tuned to the motors on our in-house test bench and therefore significantly contribute to the high level of efficiency of Jäger High Performance Spindles.
