The Power-Line from Alfred Jäger GmbH will extend our product range by an additional 7 high-performance spindles. All Power-Line spindles are equipped with extremely powerful, brushless synchronic engines, with sensor-free drive. The use of extremely strong permanent magnets allow for trouble-free realization of large mechanical shaft diameters and stiffer bearing systems. The low-loss rotor magnet keeps the shafts in a “cool” condition, which positively effects the linear growth and temperature of the shaft. In comparison with other knows asynchrony motors, synchronic motor technology provides a higher output of up to factor 2 depending on the scale. Such power reserve can be used in many other ways:

 

  • Higher output for equal housing diameters
  • Smaller housing at equal output
  • Partially saving of coolant


The main benefits of this spindle series are:

The new product line will be available in integrated scales from 33 mm up to 100 mm housing diameter. The utilization of these motor spindles is universal, covering all chipping applications. Respective frequency converters are of course part of our product range
